Fits the hand like a glove and handles like a little big knife. Seriously, short blade with a full size handle and extra blade height. Slices, obviously. Rocks, yes. My personal favourite, chop action on garlic = beautifully fine slices. Aglio olio, oh yeah! Splendidly sharp out of the box and looks like the younger brother you wouldn’t mess with just because he’s smaller than his siblings in the FireChef Complete Set knife roll.
