This is a fantastic set of knives and being able to wrap them up in the leather roll makes it easy and safe to take them camping which I did last weekend.
Cutting up the lamb leg rotisseried over charcoal fire was a breeze.
Having to maintain the carbon steel is actually a pleasure as it brings you closer to the knife allowing you to appreciate it even more.

Although I already had two of the included knives I just had to have this set ( my son was more than happy to get my old knives ). Couldn’t be happier with the set, the leather roll is fantastic quality and all the knives are super sharp. Personally I’m not sure the internal press studs were necessary, the knives seem very secure in their pouches and they may mark the blades over repeated use.

I bought these as a gift for my partner’s 40th who likes to camp after seeing them being used on Fire to Fork. The knives are beautiful. Each blade has a carbon black top edge with a polished lower edge. I had each blade engraved with my partner’s initials and it looks super fancy. The leather wrap is beautiful and I can’t wait to see it age. I can’t speak for my partner but the gift was well received. He uses them every opportunity in the kitchen. Would buy again for anyone who loves camping and/or cooking in general.
