I have my own mixes for specific cook ups, but! This new range from Oz Braai will be a permanent in my Home Kitchen & Camp Kitchen. I have a lot of Oz Braai’s gear so when I saw they have released spices I jumped on stat!!! The Lemon and Herb suited me well. I’m a lil bit strange. I like buttered toast with a sprinkle of either plain salt, chicken salt, citric acid or herb salt. So L&H was perfect for me. I sprinkle it on a half cut bone straight on the marrow. Smoked it. Then spread the melted marrow with Oz Braai mix on to my toast with a fried egg on top. Holy balls drool drool drool!!! Well done fellas.
