This is our new classically designed Enamel Oval Roaster AKA Braai Bak / Meat Bucket “thingy” to keep your meat warm after the braai or do a perfect roast in the oven. It comes in marble black with a matching lid and has a premium canvas bag for easy storage while travelling.
Made from porcelain fused onto heavy-gauge steel for extra durability and a smooth finish, it is scratch-resistant and oven safe to 230 – 270C. Featuring a matching enamel lid with a dimpled surface to keep your meat succulent and with helper handles.

I recently used this to cook a roast and veg in the same container. It’s all turned out well, it’s a light weight unit and well made. I expect it will last a while stored in between uses in its zip up cover.
My tip to people would be to crack open the lid to release steam and moisture, to get that crisp, and lid off for the last bit. Lid keeps it all hot whilst resting. Buy one, it came within days.very happy.
