Got my oz braai after a mate got one for his birthday. I was super impressed in the solid build quality. Make no mistake, this is no cheap Chinese crap. This is solid stainless steel, heavy duty. I previously used a half keg with saw horse legs and some custom made spit attaxhments, but dropped that like a hot potato once I saw this in the flesh.
I was even more impressed with the flat basket – also heavy duty quality.
Finally, the spit attachment – this came with one of the brackets bent, but one quick live chat later another is in the mail. So not only is the product good, but so is the service. Another thing to mention is the quality of the carry bag. Also super premium.
Only negative is the weight – it’s not light- but you can’t have heavy duty gear without some weight.

you could use this for every meal everyday with camp-fire cooking.
would handle whole fish, a splayed whole chicken or deboned lamb roast. highly advise purchasing if you cook over fire.
